The Initial Assessment Results Polling workflow writes completed WEST2 results to the EBS WEST_ASSESSMENT record. The integration uses LN02, username and course code to associate each result with the relevant learner and course.
The EBS field LN02, rather than USERNAME, should be used to link an assessment result to PEOPLE.PERSON_CODE. A WEST2 username is not guaranteed to match the learner’s LN02.
